We acknowledge that buying a bed is a significant choice, and you might have inquiries regarding our products and services. Therefore, we have assembled a list of frequently asked questions to support you in making an informed decision. What payment method do you accept?

We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept payment through PayPal, Klarna and Shop Pay.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Once your order has been processed, delivery times will vary depending on your location. Standard shipping within the UK usually takes between 2-10 business days. You will receive a text and email which contains the delivery date and time slot. This will be sent to you couple of days before the delivery.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, Certain Items will have free delivery as standard, see the item descriptions, and at the checkout page for confirmation.

What if my order is damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

Yes, you can use Klarna at checkout to finance your purchase.

Can i choose the color of my bed fabrics?

Yes, many of our upholstered beds are available in a range of colours and fabrics. Please see the product options for specific colour and fabric options for each bed.

Can i purchase a bed without mattress?

Yes, we offer bed frames without a mattress for customers who prefer to purchase their mattress separately.

Can i request a specific date for my delivery?

While we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, we will do our best to accommodate your preferred delivery date. Please contact us after placing your order to discuss delivery options.

Do your products come with a guarantee?

Yes. All our beds and mattresses come with a 2-year guarantee. If you are not happy with your product, feel free to contact us.

Do your Products Conform to UK Fire Safety Regulations?

Yes. Your safety is of the utmost importance to us and we ensure all our products conform to UK fire and safety regulations.

Where are your beds made?

All our beds are designed and manufactured in the U.K at our operations center.

What are your hours of customer support?

Our customer service team can be contacted 24/7 at any time to assist you with any questions or queries via email, Instagram messenger or our live support option on our website.

Can I order some color samples?

Yes, you can order free fabric samples on our website.

Do you have a catalogue?

Our website is our principal shop window. We are continually adding, testing, and improving our online presence. We prefer to invest in growing this presence and improve on customer experience rather than to produce a catalogue that may become redundant in the short-term.

Will your headboards fit my base?

Buy any headboard with confidence. Our headboards conform to standard UK sizes and fitments, which means our headboards will fit any standard-size UK base even if the base was purchased elsewhere.

Can I delay my delivery?

Yes, this is common for people who are decorating or moving into a new house but don’t want to miss out on a sale. You can place your order and email us with your order number to delay delivery. We will then put your delivery on hold until you get in touch with us to arrange a delivery date.

How is this item delivered?

Small single or single divan bases will arrive as one whole unit. Small double, double, king & super king divan bases will arrive in two halves to make it easy and convenient to move around your home. To workout dimensions of each unit the bases are split from length so width will be same as original size only length is halved. The headboard is delivered as a separate piece and must be attached when assembling the bed. 

Is everything provided to assemble the bed?

Yes. We provide you with everything you need to assemble the bed. The only tool you need is a screwdriver.

How easy is it to assemble?

Very easy! We know you don’t want to spend all day fiddling around with tools, so we provide everything you need to put your bed together in five minutes or less.

Does it come with a headboard?

Yes! You get a free headboard with your bed in the same stunning design as the one pictured in the image above. 

Which side will the drawers be on?

You can select the side of the drawers from the product selection for the beds with foot boards attached to the bottom. Please ensure when choosing sides you imagine as if you’re standing in front of bed. For standard 2 drawers same side bases please note that its adjustable drawers can open left or right as headboard can attach both top and bottom of bed.

What type of Divan bases do you sell?

All our bases are solid platform topped. We sell 2 different types of bases the divan bed with drawers and the ottoman divan base, which lifts up for storage.
